Delivery times given on this web site are indicative only. Perfume Forever will not be liable for any failure to observe these delivery times. You understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to withdraw or modify any commitment made for the purchase of products from this web site once that commitment has been made for any reason .If however; delivery has not been affected after 10 working days from the date of sale the customer may retract the sale.

If Perfume Forever does not have the particular products in stock, Perfume Forever will contact you, and inform you of the general date of availability. If you, the buyer, are unhappy then Perfume Forever will refund the money.

For all in stock items we charge:

1. a flat rate of $8.50 for one item and additional $3.50 per item after that. The deliveries are done by express post which is the safest way and a tracking number is supplied to you.

2. for any purchases over $200.00, delivery is free.

Perfume Forever accepts Visa and Mastercard, money orders, cheques and direct deposit. Orders made by cheque will not be sent until funds have been cleared. Please attach your cheque along with a print out of the confirmation email. All payments must be made in Australian dollars.

If you are not happy with your product for any reason, Perfumes Forever is happy to exchange it or provide you with a credit on your customer account, providing the product are returned to us in its original condition, undamaged and unopened, including the outer packaging.

A product can be returned within 15 days of receipt if not completely satisfied for a full money back guarantee.

Goods must have a valid Perfume Forever receipt. Returns and exchanges are only valid for goods verified to be purchased from Perfume Forever. The customer must also pay freight charges for returns.

Unfortunately, Perfume Forever cannot exchange or refund if the customer is not happy with the scent or the fragrance or any personal taste issues associated with purchase.

No refunds will be made for incorrect choice. All our perfumes are the 100% Genuine name articles. We are 100% satisfied with our quality procedures that we will REFUND your money completely if you are not 100% satisfied with the authenticity of the product. Delivery times may vary depending upon the items ordered. Times also vary depending upon whether the billing and shipping information are accurate.
